Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt)

Non Returnable Items

Due to the nature of our products, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Opened or used Miswak sticks
  • Products damaged due to misuse

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Exchanges

If you'd like to exchange your product for a different variant, please initiate a return and place a new order for the desired item.

Important: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will arrange a replacement or full refund at no additional cost to you.
